By creating an account, signing in, or using Palmo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Palmo is a digital tool for uploading photos of interior spaces, selecting design preferences, and generating visual proposals. The service is intended as creative support for exploring interior design ideas, not as a substitute for professional, technical, or construction advice.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through it. You may create or access your account using available methods, including Google authentication. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain any rights you have in the photos, text, prompts, and other content you upload. By using Palmo, you grant us permission to process that content to operate the platform, generate proposals, display results, and provide support.

You must not upload images or information that infringe third-party rights, sensitive data about others without authorization, or illegal, misleading, offensive, or service-harming content. You also must not attempt to bypass limits, automate actions, scrape information at scale, interfere with infrastructure, or use Palmo in ways that could harm others or the product.

Generated proposals may vary in quality, style, accuracy, and realism. Palmo does not guarantee that results are perfect, technically buildable, safe for construction, or suitable for professional decisions without human review.

We may apply limits on generations, projects, vibe adjustments, space edits, or other operational restrictions to manage cost, security, and stability. These limits may change as the service evolves. Attempting to bypass them may result in account suspension or limitation.

We work to keep Palmo available, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, errors, third-party providers, product testing, operational limits, or causes beyond our control. Palmo is provided as-is, within the technical conditions available at any given time.

The brand, interface, design, code, product flows, copy, internal systems, and other Palmo assets belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or exploit them outside normal use of the service.

We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, attempts to bypass limits, misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.

Palmo is offered as a creative tool. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for design, remodeling, purchase, installation, or construction decisions, or for any damage arising from use of generated results without professional review.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will publish the current version on this page and indicate the last-updated date.
