Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026.

1. Introduction

Palmo is a digital platform for uploading photos of interior spaces and generating visual design proposals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to protect your data while you use the service.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, password, photos of your spaces, design form responses, prompts or additional details, projects, saved spaces, and usage preferences.

3. Sign in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only the basic information Google authorizes us to use to create or access your account, such as name, email, and profile photo. This information is used to authenticate you and maintain your profile in Palmo. We do not collect passwords or access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google products.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the platform, authenticate your account, save your projects, upload and display images, generate visual proposals, improve the product experience, prevent abuse, and provide support when you contact us.

5. Cookies and local storage

We may use essential cookies and local storage technologies to keep your session active, remember basic preferences, and improve how the platform works. If you block these technologies in your browser, some sign-in or personalization features may not work correctly.

6. Images and generated content

Photos you upload and resulting generations are used to provide the service. You should not upload content you are not authorized to use. Generations may depend on external technical services for storage, databases, and artificial intelligence.

7. Sharing and providers

Palmo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share information only when needed to operate the service with infrastructure, storage, authentication, database, email, or image-generation providers, or when required by applicable law.

8. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect your information, including authentication, access control, and per-user data separation. Even so, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention and deletion

We retain your information while your account is active or needed to operate the service. You may request deletion by writing to gersonestrada123@gmail.com. Some operations may keep minimal technical records for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, update, correction, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us by email.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will publish the current version on this page and indicate the last-updated date.
